Amazingly, in just one weekend, I managed to catch up on Sociology. Im happy with this. Now, if I could only do that in my other classes

I got a little more sleep this weekend than I have in the past.

I need to get one of those wrist rest things for when Im working at this computer. Right now, my wrists are getting cut into by the desk. Soon people will see my wrists all red and raw and think, Gee, shes got some emotional problems.: But in reality, Im addicted to my computer and too lazy to get a wrist thing. Its the same with my bruises.

Boxing is going great. Although, Im bruising a bit on my arms. And, it's not from something cool like getting hit. Oh no, it's my gloves hurting my arms... but that'll go away, I'm sure. However, the bruises aren't really a bad thing. Its almost a mark of pride Hey lady, whered ya get that big ol bruise there? Boxing, I coyly reply. Wow, youre cool. Thats how the conversation would go. Or rather, should go. Really, I think it would go more like Hey lady, whered ya get that big ol bruise there? Boxing, I coyly reply. Wow, youre really stupid. You mean you actually hit people, and let them hit you in return, for fun? Thats how my mom looks at it anyway. Shes somewhat upset at this concept. And, no matter how much I tell her its just for fitness and Im just a beginner, she still knows that deep down inside, I really do want to fight for sport. Im so not ready yet, though. I still have a long way, fitness-wise, to go before Im ready to get in the ring. And, boxing for a month does not a fighter make! But, you know moms

I got new shoes. Im really happy with me new shoes. Or, more to the point, Im really happy with my new insoles. I usually get plain old arch supports for my shoes. But, this time I got Triad supports. These babies have an arch support, and heal and ball pads so you get less of an impact. I so love them. Its like having flubber in your shoes, I literally bounce. (okay, Im probably not literally bouncing, but I sure do feel like it.) Id be a Triad testimonial person in a second Not that theyd want my testimony to their product. I think perhaps theyd like a somewhat well known athletes testimonial instead. Mine would go something like this Announcer: Marla, boxer of one month and communications specialist, says of Triad supports then I come on all athletically-like, saying, Triads got me to the point I am today! Its like having flubber in my shoes Because, ya know, its important for a boxer of one month and a communications specialist to have good support in her feet Really, it is.

Well, as I seem to have gotten silly somewhere along the line, Im going to shut up now
